How does it work?

• Absorbs ambient heat from the surrounding air to heat water using a compressor and "Environmentally-Friendly" refrigerant
• A self-contained heat pump unit is integrated into the top of the tank
• Multiple operating modes maximize efficiency and performance

Heating Modes

• Hybrid Mode - automatically adjusts between compressor and element, depending on heat requirements
• Efficiency Mode - Heat is extracted from the air and transferred to the water
• Electric Mode - Conventional electric water heating, utilizing the elements only
• High Demand Mode - Both the heat pump and elements are used to produce hot water as fast as possible. Great for when guests are over.
• Electric Mode - Conventional electric water heating, utilizing the elements only. Same as a standard water heater.
• Vacation Mode - lowers operating costs and provides freeze protection
