I was pleased with every aspect of Arthur Hairsten's (and his son Arthur Hairsten, Jr.'s) work and customer service. While I didn't expect to be pleased with the bill from David Gray Plumbing, I actually found it to be quite fair for the work involved. I am a happy customer.

I had David Gray plumbing come out to access my wobbly toilet. I had to sign a form to start the work. He pulled it and found i needed a new flange, which he did replace(set). He did tell me before he started that it may $1033.45 to repair. After the fact i checked the price of a flange, $125.00.
I think the price is too high. Next time i will pay the service fee and get other quotes.
I will not use David Gray again.

Just recently received the BEST help fixing our electrical issue at our house. Carter and Jacob were so knowledgeable and fixed everything with respect and pleasure. Also, they cleaned EVERYTHING they touched! I will DEFINITELY recommend and use David Gray in the future.
