From the sales crew, Elliot and Rachel, to the install crew, Nico and Bryan, everything was addressed from top to bottom and they took amazing care of us! The techs were very smart and they knew their system installation. They had to change the breaker system that shorted out with the old unit. They changed a portion of the duct that was damaged. They cleaned up the area neatly before leaving. They were very cordial and friendly young men that knew exactly what they were doing. Our cat was so excited about cold air coming out of the ducts that he was pouncing on them and attacking them, like he was saying, 'Where have you been?' It was so funny! The salesman gave us his best price first, never wavered. It was the best quote we received. They ran a little bit late because the job prior was more entailed than thought. Nature of the business, though. I would recommend David Gray for your A/C needs based on my experience. They have been in Jax for some time now and I'm sure they will be around to service their customers. Great job, thanks! Aiden and his helper were awesome and did amazing work!

I’ve been using David Gray for the past two months, and today I had HVAC A/C installed by Bryan Cole and his helper, Colby. Bryan was awesome; he was very notable, good quality of work, and professional. He was able to answer all my questions that I asked and answered and explained them in a way so that I could understand. His helper, Colby, also did a good job, good quality, and was professional. I would like to give them both a 10 star rating but only can give a 5 star rating. These guys really work hard and are a good team. I would definitely use them again! 👏

They moved mountains to find another compatible part Aug 13, 2023

Last year, David Gray was the only one of four companies that would fix my old system instead of just replacing it. This year, when the old system was malfunctioning, they again offered to try to fix it despite its age. We opted to replace it instead of pouring more money into an 11-year-old unit. They worked very quickly and got us on the schedule. Our house is not an ordinary house and the installation was very complicated and a tight space, but they worked through the heat like ninjas hopping around my attic to fit everything just right. It was Friday evening and we had been displaced for three days. A complication they could not have foreseen came up with the wall thermostat, leaving the unit inoperable. At first, they said they couldn't fix it till Monday, but when they heard we were couch surfing with three toddlers, they moved mountains to find another compatible part over the weekend despite the manufacturers being closed. They pulled overtime to make it happen for us. We were home and cool over the weekend. A great company and one we'd recommend to anyone.
