Excellent service with customer first. Technicians replaced my whole system. They stopped to answer all my questions during the process. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and best of all, I got the best price for the system I got. Will definitely use them again.

David Gray has been my go-to company for electrical and A/C maintenance. After 20 years, the A/C unit needed to be replaced. From the initial call for diagnostics to the rep for a new unit (Shaun Banks), to the unit installers Parker Coleman and his assistant Colby, the entire David Gray experience was flawless. I was able to acquire financing and the job proceeded. The unit works so efficiently I couldn’t believe I actually was feeling cold at 77-78 degrees. It was so nice to sleep cool at night because townhouses are difficult to keep cool on the 2nd floor. The tonnage and the way the unit works to adjust is perfect! The cost is average per the web and included installation and tax, and I added an additional warranty so I have it totally covered for the next 10 years. A thunderstorm delayed the work time towards the end and these are long jobs to begin with. Parker and Colby took it in stride—they were so professional! I have a great appreciation for their skill set especially after seeing the extraordinary number of wires, tubes, and pipes that needed to be connected. Parker had to finish the area because an old box stand had to be removed and a new metal one installed. The entire inside unit fit fine in the space and looks clean and new! The outside unit and the thermostat were replaced as well. Troubleshooting and testing were performed. And the old units were taken away and the area cleaned. I highly recommend David Gray Heating and Air Co and Parker Coleman. Thank you so much! Feeling cool in mid-90’s hot Florida!

My A/C recently ceased to function properly. I found David Gray Heating & Air on the net and gave them a call. The troubleshooting technician that was sent, Hamid, was very polite, knowledgeable, and honest with me that my A/C had seen its best days. After discussing what the best options were, it was time to replace. Nico and Bryan were sent out to install the new A/C system. These two gentlemen were AWESOME. Very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. I am very happy and grateful that I chose David Gray Heating & Air. I have called on other companies over the years for A/C work, David Gray is second to none! Outstanding Work!!!
