We had a really great experience with Aaron from David Gray. Our AC completely stopped blowing and we were put on the emergency list. He showed up around 7pm and was able to have everything up and running for us so we could sleep with some cool air flowing. Aaron was very pleasant and thorough!

We had our air conditioning unit stop working and really struggled to find a company that actually followed through on their “24 hour AC emergency” claim. I called David Gray and had a kind and welcoming chat with the receptionist, who informed me that they did in fact have a 24 hour emergency service. We got someone out to us within 45 minutes, and the problem was fixed within 2 hours. Tanner was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with assisting us to not only fix the air conditioning, but also learning about the other services that the company offers. I was really disappointed that so many businesses claim to have a 24 hour service but then don’t follow through in a time of need. I am very pleased with the whole process that Tanner and the David Gray team offered! Very much recommend this business and they earned a new customer.

Very happy I got ER service on a Sunday for a/c. Had a contract with another big name, but they asked me to wait 5 days for service. That contract has since been ended. What's the point of having a contract if you have to wait 5 days for service.
